Canvas Prints are sold in different sizes: Standard Unit of Measurement is Inches.

WHAT ARE CANVAS PRINTS AND HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE THEM?

All Canvas Prints Gallery Wrapped and ready to hang.  We no longer offer rolled canvas prints. We want to deliver the highest quality work to our customers therefore we have taken the time to improve upon our manufacturing processes to offer top gallery quality art canvases. We value your creativity and leave the customizing up to you. Our gallery wrapped canvases do not come framed. Should you wish to add a frame we leave the customization to you. Whether that's using a wood frame or a painting frame, our canvases can be easily equipped with both.  Please refer to the pictures below for an example. 

 
When Can I Expect to Receive my Order?
You can expect to receive your order within 12 - 15 business days of purchase.  Due to any existing promotions, and high demand for certain products, you may receive your product within 30 days. 
Inches or Centimeters?
Standard Size is Inches.  
What Methods of Payment are Accepted, is it Secure?
All payments and information are secure.  We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Paypal 
What is your Refund and Return Policy?
Refunds are NOT acceptable for FINAL SALE and promotional itemsOur policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   ONLY Non-Promotional Items are eligible for a return, and refund.

Are These Products Framed?
If not mentioned, products are not framed. However, stay tuned for our promotional deals where we include framing for FREE!
Is This Hand-Painted?
All items are printed due to a large volume of orders.  If you would like a painting specifically painted for you, please send us an email at artofwallsthelp@gmail.com
Where is my FREE Item?
All FREE + Shipping items may take longer to deliver due to the high volume in orders.  Please refer back to your tracking number when waiting for your order.  If you have not received your FREE + Shipping items please contact us.  FREE items that are not paid with shipping WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.  You must pay shipping to cover your handling and insurance cost.
What Is Insurance?

Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

Why Did I Receive My Order in Multiple Shipments? 

We ship your order as soon as possible.  That is why our average processing time for orders is 1 business day.  Items are shipped as fast as possible once passed through our quality control test.  Some items require longer preparation then others.  Thus, they may ship in different packages and in different times.
